I believe a change in perspective can open a different set of possibilities.
That belief shapes the way I approach business. I’m interested in understanding what someone is trying to build, what is holding them back and which combination of knowledge, strategy and relationships could help them take the next step.
I want the work to create tangible value: a better-informed decision, a clearer commercial opportunity, a relevant connection or a practical plan. I also care about what needs protecting along the way—the person’s priorities, their resources and the trust they place in the conversation.
Ambition and care belong together. I want to grow, inspire and remain useful to the people around me.

Studying Political Science at the University of Guelph helped shape my interest in the decisions that influence people, places and markets.
That interest carries into my work today: follow a detail to its source, understand the context and translate complexity into something a person can use.
I enjoy educating and exchanging ideas. The aim is to give people a stronger foundation for their own thinking—and the confidence to consider a possibility they may not have seen before.

Possibility becomes useful when it meets preparation and action. That is the balance I try to bring: an open mind about what could be, and a considered approach to how to pursue it.
